Interlibrary Loan & Document Delivery Downtime

The library’s Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Services will be unavailable on Wednesday, October 5th from 5:30am to 1:00pm while we perform a software upgrade. During this time you will not be able to access the library’s ILLiad request form at https://illiad.westernu.edu/illiad/logon.html .

ScienceDirect E-Journal Service Interruption

The Library is currently experiencing technical issues with some e-journals that are provided through ScienceDirect. We are aware of the problem and are working to correct the issue as soon as possible.

The e-journals in question are:

Textbooks @ MDConsult

ScienceDirect Scheduled Downtime

Attention WesternU please note that there is a scheduled outage this weekend which will affect the following SciVerse product:

• ScienceDirect

The database mentioned is expected to be offline and unavailable for approximately 9 hours on Saturday, November 13th due to scheduled upgrades.

Down time by region is expected to be as follows

• U.S. Pacific Standard Time (PST): 4:30AM EST - 1:30PM PST
• U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST): 7:30AM EST - 4:30PM EST
