Library SMS/text and chat service

The Pumerantz Library has long offered chat service to the WesternU Community. Now we are expanding and enhancing this service with SMS/text service.

Send your SMS/text question to 909-764-8156. Please allow 2-3 minutes for a librarian response.

The Pumerantz Library does not charge for this service. However, cell phone providers generally charge customers for sending and/or receiving text messages. Check with your cell phone provider for more information on text messaging charges.
