Memorial Day Hours

The Pumerantz Library will only be closed on Monday, May 26, 2014 in observance of Memorial Day.

We will re-open at our regular hours, of 7 am to 11 pm, on Tuesday, May 27, 2014.

Fourth of July Closure

The Harriet K. & Philip Pumerantz Library will be closed on Wednesday, July 4, 2012 in observance of Independence Day.

We will re-open Thursday July 5, 2012 at our regular hours of 7am to 9 pm.

Library Staff Retreat

The Pumerantz Library will be closed for a staff retreat on Friday June 22, 2012.  The Library will re-open Saturday June 23 at our regular hours of 11 am to 7 pm.  

Books that are due on Friday June 22 may be returned on Saturday, June 23 and will not incur a fine.

Memorial Day Closure

The Harriet K. & Philip Pumerantz Library will be closed Monday May 28 in observance of Memorial Day.

The library will re-open Tuesday May 29 at our regular hours of 7am to 11pm.

Winter Break

The Harriet K. & Philip Pumerantz Library would like to remind you that the library will be closed from December 17, 2011 through January 1, 2012 for Winter Break.

During the Winter Break closure, interlibrary loan/document delivery and book check out will not be available. You may still access any of the library's electronic resources remotely such as e-books, e-journals, & research resources. Remember, in order to access the e-resources remotely you will need to use your email username & password. The reference department will review questions emailed during the break and will respond to any that are deemed an emergency.

We will resume full operation on January 2nd at 7 am.

Thanksgiving Closure

The Harriet K. & Philip Pumerantz Library will be closed on Thursday, November 24th through Sunday, November 27th for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. All online services will be available; however Interlibrary Loan requests will not be filled during the holiday weekend. Interlibrary Loan staff will be available to respond to your requests on Monday, November 28th.

Independence Day Closure

The Pumerantz Library will be closed from July 2 through July 4 in observance of Independence Day. The Library will reopen July 5 at our regular summer hours of 7 am to 9 pm.

Library Closure

The Harriet K. & Philip Pumerantz Library will be closing at 11 am on Friday, June 17 for a staff retreat.

We will reopen Saturday, June 18 at our regular summer hours of 11 am to 7 pm.

Library Summer Hours

For some school is over and for all of us summer is just around the corner. With this in mind the library will be switching to our Summer Session hours. The hours are as follows:

May 30 to Aug 7

Monday - Thursday, 7am - 9pm
Friday, 7am - 6pm
Saturday, 11am - 7pm
Sunday, Closed

Winter Break Closure

The Harriet K. & Philip Pumerantz Library would like to remind you that the library will be closed from December 18, 2010 through January 2, 2011. We will resume full operation on January 3rd at 7 am.

Hours of Operation Change

Library Closed for Thanksgiving

Harriet K & Philip Pumerantz Library will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday from November 25th to November 28th. The library will close at 5pm November 24th and re-open at 7 am November 29th. Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

Library Closed for Labor Day

Please note that the Pumerantz Library will be closed Monday, September 6th in observance of Labor Day. We will resume our regular hours of 7 am to 11 pm on Tuesday, September 7th.
