Because medicine is a visual science, high quality images are an important aid in diagnosis and teaching. In this workshop, participants will learn how to locate images in SpringerImages for use in presentations. Participants will learn how to create a personal account in SpringerImages. A personal account allows users to save images and searches for future use, and create PowerPoint presentations and PDF files. Using images from AccessMedicine, MD Consult, UpToDate, VisualDx, and the library’s Images Research Guide will be discussed but not demonstrated.
If you’ve never used AdobeConnect, please log in early to run through the “tech check.”
