Summer Hours @ the Library

The Pumerantz Library will switch to our summer hours starting on June 2, 2014 and running until August 10, 2014. Summer hours are listed below.



Monday - Thursday        7 am to 9 pm
Fridays                        7 am to 6 pm
Saturdays                    11 am to 7 pm
Sundays                      Closed

Fall/Spring hours will resume August 11, 2014. If you have any questions please contact the library toll free at 1-888-704-1660.

Memorial Day Hours

The Pumerantz Library will only be closed on Monday, May 26, 2014 in observance of Memorial Day.

We will re-open at our regular hours, of 7 am to 11 pm, on Tuesday, May 27, 2014.

Pumerantz Library Research Mixer

Are you involved in research at WesternU? Do you know what other research is being performed on campus? Do you know how the library can help you in your research endeavors?

All of these questions can be answered at the Pumerantz Library's Research Mixer. This inaugural mixer will provide you, the researcher, with an opportunity to meet with library staff, mingle with other researchers and locate future collaborators. If you plan to attend, we invite you to display your favorite or most recent research poster electronically.

Power Outage

FINAL UPDATE - All services have been restored. Thank you for your patience during our down time.

UPDATE - As of 10 am the library's power has been restored and the building is open. Library electronic resources will soon be re-activated.

UPDATE  The estimated duration of the power outage is 1 to 4 hours.

Due to a campus power outage the Pumerantz Library will be closed. All Library services be affected, including electronic resources, online renewals,  online holds and article requests.

We will update as soon as more information becomes available.
